Rev. Samuel Osei came to Woodbine in May 2004. Pastor Osei is a missionary from Ghana, West Africa. He came to Woodbine as Associate Pastor of Missions. He brings with him much experience in Christian Education. He has two Christian Schools in Ghana with over 1,000 children and six churches under his supervision. God led Pastor Osei here to assist in the growth of Woodbine and to lead many souls to Christ. He studied in Charlottesville, VA at Providence Foundation and sent many of his teachers from Ghana there as well. His loving family includes his wife, Mary and his four children, Samuel Kwasi, Samuel Kwame, Harvester Afriyie Samuella, and Mary Afua Takyiwa. Pastor Samuel is presently building a new ministry that is part of Woodbine in the Northern Virginia area. The church name is Word Performance Church. They meet presently at Trinity Christian Center in Dumfries Va. on US route 1 every Sunday.
